Refund policy

Returns
If you are not satisfied with software purchased directly from Divergence Software, Inc. (sr-analyst.com), contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will NOT be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

Any applicable shipping, handling and delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 48 hours. Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall or stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license. Divergence Software, Inc. reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.

The Divergence Software, Inc. refund policy applies only to software purchased directly from Divergence Software, Inc. (www.sr-analyst.com). If your software was purchased through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
